What counts as a custom cookie order?
Cookies are sold as finished in our display case. Any cookie not currently available, or requested with a different finish or decoration, is considered a custom order.
How much do custom cookies cost?
Custom cookies are $3.25 per cookie.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes! Custom cookie orders require a minimum of 1 dozen cookies per shape.
How much notice do you need?
We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for all custom orders.
What decorating options are available?

Are there dates when custom orders aren’t available?
Shortbread cookies can be fully dipped or half-dipped in white or dark chocolate.
Sugared cookies are available in the following colors only: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, or pink.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering to secure your spot.

How should I store the cookies?
Do you have any gluten-free cookies? *
Our cookies are best kept at room temperature, but for longer storage you can saran wrap and freeze the box.
While we are not a gluten free bakery and there is a chance of cross contamination, we do have cookies that are made without flour. These are including the Lemon and Chocolate Macaroon, the Big Mac, Coconut Macaroon, Fudgie, and the Almond Joy.

Do you have any egg-free cookies? *
Our cookies that are made without eggs are all of our Shortbread, Lenores Butter Cookie, all of our sandwich cookies, Florentines, Tuxedos, Walnut Crescents, and the Coconut Chocolate Chip.
Do you have any dairy-free cookies? *
The only cookie we have that is made without any dairy products is the Coconut Chocolate Chip cookie.

Many of our ingredients are produced in facilities that handle common allergens, and cross-contamination may occur during baking. If you have a severe allergy, we do not recommend having our cookies.
